Our First Four Beer Styles
At the beer tasting on October 15th, all new members will be sampling a free flight of the following beers:
- Aria’s Amber Ale
American Amber Ale
7.08% ABV - Baby Brown
British Brown Ale
4.2% ABV - Baby’s Summer Ale
German Pilsner
5.12% ABV - Madi’s (Dark) Munich
Mixed-Style Beer
6.16% ABV
All the beers brewed at N.Y. Slice Co. are brewed in small batches and bottle-cured.
Event Limitations & Details
Attendees must be 21 years old or older.
Attendees must complete the membership signup process to receive any event member benefits including but not limited to free beer, free food, raffle entry, or free merchandise.
New York Slice Company reserves the right to deny entry or participation in the event to any preson for any reason.
Occupancy limitations may apply.

Our intention for the BTC is for it to be a member-driven club. We want you to help direct what the club does and how it grows.
Through polling, voting, conversations, and member events, we will actively seek your input on nearly all aspects of the BTC, including:
- What types of beers we brew.
- Analysis and refinement of existing beer flavors.
- What types of events we organize, what we feature at the events, and when the events happen.
- What types of perks we offer to members.
- Names of new beers.
- Designs for beer brands.
- And whatever else we, as a collective, can think of.

We fully anticipate the member benefits to evolve over time. The initial roster of benefits includes:
- Discounted Craft Beers & Flights.
Get $1.00 off any of our 12oz craft beers or a beer flight when you fill out a beer evaluation form. Already evaluated the beer you want? No problem, just mark the box that indicates you’ve already evaluated that beer. Or, if your opinion has changed, write a new evaluation because these are small batch brews, and the flavor may change from batch to batch. - Free or Discounted Food.
We will alert BTC members through social media or the BTC newsletter of free or discounted food specials exclusive to BTC members. - Exclusive Events.
BTC members will receive invitations to exclusive, members-only beer events like beer tastings, beer comparisons, beer pairings, or educational home-brewing events. - Free Flight and Breadsticks at Signup.

Membership
A person must be 21 years old or older to become a member.
Membership Dues.
Membership dues are due at the time of signup and annually thereafter. Membership dues are non-refundable. Annual price of membership dues are set by New York Slice Company, subject to change without prior notice, and will be posted on the Beer Taster’s Club web page located here: https://nyslicecompany.com/beer-tasters-club/. If club dues are changed, existing members will be invoiced for the new membership price at the end of their current membership subscriptin cycle at which time the member can elect not to renew.
Membership Cancellation.
Members can choose to discontinue their membership at any time by sending an email requesting membership cancellation to nyslicecompany@gmail.com at which time they will be removed from member rolls, newsletters, and any other club-related correspondence. If a member cancels the BTC membership, they will retain their member benefits until the end of their current membership subscription cycle.
Club Events
To participate in any Beer Taster’s Club events, you must be a dues paying member in good standing.
Member Discounts & Benefits
Discounts are available only to BTC members in good standing. Discounts are not available to guests visiting with a BTC member.
